The Visionary Students Initiative (VSI) and partners have donated 200 sanitary pads to Ivwananji Community School (ICS) in Lusaka. This comes a few weeks later when #VSI, the Sepo Hope Mukelabai Child Foundation (TSMCF) and partners donated at least 500 note and exercise books to ICS.
The official handover of sanitary pads was done by the #VSI Brand Ambassador Ms. Anna Musonda accompanied by Ms. Natasha Kalumba. In addition, the team shared notes with girls at ICS on menstrual hygiene management.

#VSI believes that, prioritizing menstrual hygiene management in community schools can create a supportive environment where students can thrive, learn, and grow without barriers.
#VSI is committed to providing access to sanitary products, break the stigma surrounding menstruation and creating a supportive and inclusive environment for the girl child to thrive, not just survive
