VSI joined like-minded NGOs, Councillor Karma Bwalya Jawara- Chawama Ward 2 , and the Ward Development Committee for a community sensitization program on cross-cutting issues bordering on Child protection, mental health, menstruation, principles of good governance among others.
The sensitization program draws its strength from the Sustainable Development Goals, Pillars of the National Development Plan, and the laws of Zambia.
The program was facilitated by Women in Governance Zambia- WGZ in partnership with the Non-governmental Gender Organisations’ Coordinating Council, Global Platform Zambia, and supported by the Visionary Students Initiative- VSI.
