Using local solutions to solve local problems, the Visionary Students Initiative and its partners are committed to providing support to families, friends and communities in need.
Quarterly, we donate assorted items to the maternity wards at local health care facilities. This is to support women and girls with little or no resources to help them navigate the postnatal care phase.
With support from our cooperating partners- the Joyce and Friends Foundation (J&F), #Women in Governance (WGZ), Non-governmental Gender Organisations’ Coordinating Council (NGOCC), and Miss Face of Nature Zambia, we successfully donated Kalingalinga Health Care Centre`s maternity and children`s ward.
