The Visionary Students Initiative-VSI joined like-minded Non-Governmental Organizations at the organizational networking and capacity building workshop in Lusaka. The workshop was organized by Changing Minds Foundation (CMF). The VSI delegation was led by the Deputy Director Ms. Catherine Tembo and the Programs Coordinator Mr. Emmanuel Phiri. Key among the issues discussed where:
1. Organisational leadership and management.
2. Team work for change
3. The minds’ ability
4. The walk to success.
The workshop comes at a time when VSI is undergoing policy reforms and planning for 2022. We look forward to continuing working with meaningful and progressive NGOs, government line ministries, and key departments.
