As part of its commitment to strengthening student participation in community service for sustainable development, #VSI organized a community cleaning program for students in Luanshya District. Learners from selected public secondary and combined schools enthusiastically joined in to make a positive impact on the environment. They picked up trash, cleaned streets, and beautified selected public spaces.
#VSI is proud of the learners for taking initiative and showing responsibility towards their community. Their energy and dedication inspire us to work together towards a cleaner, greener Zambia!
Special thanks to the Ministry of Education through the Office of the Luanshya District Education Board Secretary (LDEBS), the Ministry of Local Government and Rural Development-Zambia through the Luanshya Council—Public Health Department, and VSI Youth volunteers who supervised and guided the learners throughout the activity.
